In order to complete your reservation, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment may be completed at your convenience, up to the day of the cruise.

Our cruises are only performed under good weather conditions, enabling us to visit the beaches and various points of interest while providing the best possible experience.  For this reason, our cruises cannot be re-confirmed any earlier than 3 days prior to their scheduled date, when reliable weather forecasts are available.

Customers who wish to cancel their booking may do so up to 3 days earlier than the planned cruise, and may receive a full refund. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email inquire about a cancellation or rescheduling of your cruise. We will do our best to accommodate you. In case of a late cancellation request or no-show, the 20% deposit will be forfeit.
